10 Unit Condominium Paneling

Hey guys, getting ready to wire up a 10 unit condominium. My concern with this project is buying and installing the correct meter base/service panel. What is the best way for I do it?

I was thinking of buying 2 of these panels and run 2 separate services. Would that work?

Are you sure that you can pass inspection with 10 separate disconnects? (230.71(D) You might need a main disconnect in your meter center. You would size that with an Article 220, part IV calculation.
