100 Amp Sub-Panel

I'm running a 100 amp sub panel from my Horse Arena to a new pump house and is it acceptable to run a purchased bundle of 4-0 wires (Black, Red, White, ground) rather than 3 individual wires in the 2" plastic underground conduit? It would be easier to pull the bundle which is jacketed as a group rather than measuring 3 wires and ground and taping them together. It's more expensive but for the $30 extra it's worth it.
