I know that this has been expounded on quite a lot, but I don't have time to go thru every one.
Situation...2000 Amp service.
6 conduits
75'C terminal rating
Thoughts...If I use or if I can use THHN 500 good for 430 Amps. And good for 380 in the 75'c column. Or do I have to use those types of insulation listed in the 75'c column.

You can use any conductor in the 90 deg column at a 75 deg ampacity.

If you want to use six conduits, then each conductor need be good for only 333 amps. A set of six 400 MCM conductors with either 75C or 90C insulation would suffice.
