Would like some opinions please. My understanding on 110.14c1a for circuits rated 100 amps or less is if a terminal is rated at 75 degrees say on a circuit breaker terminal for instance then the conductors chosen from 310.16 can be from the 75 degree table and not limited to the 60 degree table.

Thanks

110.14(C)(1)(a)(3) Conductors with higher temperature ratings if the equipment is listed and identified for use with such conductors.
This means that both ends have to be marked for 75?C for you to use 75?C or 90?C conductors at the 75?C ampacity.
