I'am installing a 200amp panel in the unfinished basement of a module home being built. Is there a problem with the plumber running his 3'' pvc drain pipe 10'' below my panel. The pvc is against the wall it does not stick out beyond the box, I would say it is the same depth as the enclosure.According to 110.26 I can't have any plumbing within this space.Every wall has some kind of piping on it so for me to move the box will be a pain.Looking in the handbook on page 51 it shows beneath the panel a space and this is where the pvc runs but reading 110.26 it doesn't mention this area as a usable.Does the dedicated space start from the wall or the front of the enclosure.Has any one run into this. Thanks
