I dunno about Hal, but this sure is:

LOL...
If that was an avatar, would you be able to read the text?

I'm not gonna try it. Let Mikey try it. He hates avarything!

I tried it... hadn't done an avatar yet and it seemed to fit me somewhat, so why not?

Doesn't look too good though. I'll leave it a couple days anyway.

Larry -- how do you manage to get an avatar that is larger than the 80 x 80 limit us mere mortals are stuck with?

At least they would allow 100x100, it would make a huge difference...

I believe at one time the forum allowed larger avatars and those that had them could keep them. I think if they change the avatar they will be limited as us mere mortals have been.

Ah... so I'd need to animate it like yours for it to really work. Oh to have both the skills and the time for such pursuits...

Yes they did allow larger avatars ...until some malcontents had HUGE avatars that took up 1/2 the screen width.

Rumor has it, the Mods PM'ed some members asking them to change their avatar. Well, they changed their avatars - but NOT the size. The mods were not amused.

"WHAT WE'VE GOT HERE IS FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE.
SOME MEN YOU JUST CAN'T REACH...
SO, YOU GET WHAT WE HAD HERE LAST WEEK,
WHICH IS THE WAY HE WANTS IT!
WELL, HE GETS IT!
I DON'T LIKE IT ANY MORE THAN YOU MEN."

Just a rumor I heard...

It's not tough, if you use an animated GIF as the avatar.

Whatever happened to old Axl & Slash? :)

i think that inspectorcliff is right

as long as the bump is less than 6" the installation is not violating the 110.26 space requirment.

I was being fictitious, as it is irrelevant to me. I figure you probably spoke your piece and upset someone.

Do you mean facetious? (meaning: humurous, clever, or sarcastic)

The OP says that the wall "bump out" is 24" deep, so this far exceeds the 6" that several posters have referred to. The 6" that other equipment is allowed to extend beyond the front of electrical equipment is for "equipment that is associated with the electrical installation". I interpret that to be a trough or something of that nature. A wall is not "associated with the electrical installation" and would, in my opinion, be a violation even if it only extended by 6". At 24" it would be a violation no matter what. The electrical equipment will need to be relocated or the wall removed.
