Ok we had this discusion awhile back and I think 210.21(B) was used as saying that receptacle on a 50 amp circuit has to be rated 50 amps tap or no tap.
Then 210.24 tells us that a circuit that has two or more outlets we look at table 210.24 and it says for a 50 amp circuit the receptacle rating has to be 50 amps.
I'm going to try to find the earlyer thread on this subject.
Ok I found it but it's dejvue with this thread.
