Do they sell 120/208Y 100 amp, 3 wire, single phase outdoor panels and disconnect switches, or only 3 phase at 120/208Y for 4 wires?

Checked my Cutler Hammer 200 amp 120/240v single phase house panel and you are right on the sticker it states:

208Y/120VAC 1 Phase 3W
(From 3 Phase-4W network)

Now if you all can just comment on pelican's other query for this Children's Village
under the subject: 220Y/127v 3 phase 4 wire
I believe I will be able to crank it out. Thank you.
