Can i feed a 120/208v,3p-4w from a 120/240-3p-4w distribution board?

The neutral on the wye is the same voltage to all three phase (it is really a neutral for all three phases). The neutral for the 120/240 is only a neutral for the 120/240 legs. It has a different voltage to the high leg.
