120v Disconnect neutral wire

We have a small project that has 3 locations. The project is being fed 120v to each location. At every location there is a disconnect before the cabinet, the neutral does not land in a term block, just straight through to the cabinet. Is there anything wrong with that? picture below.

No. The neutral is permitted to be spliced unless this is a service disconnect where a disconnecting means is required {230.75}.

I would have ordered a neutral kit and left it floating but then again I would have used 240 volt single phase equipment.

I would bet availability...looks like a 600v disconnect... I would hate to try and find a 600v 1 pole disconnect.

I would either add an isolated neutral bar or use a dummy fuse, which ever would be cheaper.

That's 8 awg at least
(40 amp fuse) so I'm guessing butt splice or c tap.

Is this an FDOT project? That could explain the 600 volt disconnect. And the grounding bushings.

It is a FDOT project. It might be the only one that they could get, or is on the APL. I was thinking the same thing as the others, put a dummy fuse or a neutral bar. but if there is nothing out of spec, plans or NEC, the way it is has to be accepted. Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my question. You are my go to group for things that are out of my expertise.
