13.2KV mtr Neutral Connections?

Hey gents, this question may be elementary to some of you but I am trying to understand why a 3 phase 2400HP, 13.2kV pump motor would have neutral connections? There is 1 neutral per phase conductor. Can someone explain the principle behind this?

I was under the impression that only single phase loads require neutral connections?

Where are you seeing these neutral conductors... between starter/controller and peckerhead?

Perhap a wye-start delta-run motor, which requires 6 conductors between the starter/controller and peckerhead.

With the limited information, that would be my guess also.
