1940's SQ D 3ph/1Ph a/c combo Panel ?? sub panel fed A-C-A???

I Agree '.. I have never seen a panel that has field adjustable/replaceable stabs I had anothe pic that showed the only 'B' stab but got tired of banging my head trying to post pics. this old dog is glad that the fundamental of electrical wiring hasnot changed much since 1890.

Someone has obviously moved the stabs around.
I don't think so.
The 'open stab' connections appear to be the factory weld for the split bus portion of the panel. There is no B phase bus evident in that area of the panel.

Square D made their panelboards, not their loadcenters, with replaceable/relocatable bus stab like this, all the way into the late '80s early 90's.
