2 ea 20 amp on a 30 amp # 10 wire circuit?

i have a situation in an intermediate data closet where I have 1 breaker space in my emergency power panel and I need 2 circuits. can I run #10 on a a 30 amp breaker to 2 single 5-20R?

If it is truly an emergency system, what is being proposed probably will not work. I think it would be very difficult/impossible to coordinate a 20A fuse or circuit breaker with a 30A circuit breaker.

What loads are being fed? Are they even permitted to be on emergency power?

* need to take combined load into consideration , if it adds up to more than 30 amps , there can be a problem. there is also an 80% load 'rule' (or better practice guideline) to take into consideration for subcircuits. I always try yo go with the 80% or less loading guideline.
