Situation:
10 Family Building is being converted to two F B. New service would require 1x100A 3 wire meter (PLP), 1x100A 3-wire meter(apt 1) and 1x 200A 3 -wire meter (apt-2). Service feeder would be 400A single phase.
Question:
Is main disconnect switch allowed before the meters ??
I am 99% sure(NO) but need to ask before give a wrong answer
