2 pole gfci breaker

Hi I have a 2 pole 15 amp gfci breaker that I'm using for my AC condensor Will this work for stright 240v loads with no load neutral attached to the gfci ? The condenser doesn't require a neutral it's straight 240v but the manual that came with the condenser said it wants a gfci protected circuit. The breaker I bought is a Murray mp215gf

You don't need the neutral to use that GFCI.
Never saw a condenser requiring such a breaker.

That makes this just a CYA statement on their part. Puts the onus on you to decide if it needs it.
I agree.

Risk involved with "hardwired" equipment is usually minimal compared to cord and plug connected equipment, and I still feel there have been some GFCI requirements added in recent years that are not all that necessary.
