20 amp3 phase breaker.

so far i havnt been able to locate an exception for "not" doing this. Is it safe to use a 3 phase breaker for a 220/20 amp outlet - (a/b phase). and also use the c phase on the same breaker for the 120v 20 amp outlet? both circuits with a dedicated neutral.

Seems fine to me as long as you don't mind both loads going off at the same time for maintenance or if one trips.

I agree with Rob. Not a good design, because of maintenance constraints, but not unsafe, and not a code violation.

could an inspector claim 110 due to the common use for a 3pole breaker is for a 3pole equipment?
