200 amp service upgrade question about riser through soffit pvc vs ridged

I want to know if I can use pvc for a riser and support it to the house after I go through soffit/roof and heat the pipe back to the house and put the point of attachment on house.

In GA it has to be at least 2" rigid metal for a service mast per the blue book. Don't know about your area, but I doubt PVC will be allowed.

Georgia Power is kinda weird sometimes, but as long as it is not supporting any of the drops (phone, cable, power, etc.) it is legal by code, but as @Sea Nile posted, it would be up to the poco to accept. Definitely would be tough trying to run that in rigid. Without a one shot bender, you would probably have to come straight down, turn a 90 at the meter level, and go across to the meter.

It's in Massachusetts I'll have to have national grid take a look as well.
