might make it easier to install, but bending radius when pull is completed still looks to be about the same as for more conventional conduit body styles.
Should be an extra 3/4" because the hump is at the widest part where the wire fights you the most. They got it listed for 3 4/0 so *shrug* Thought SER cable would still be a PITA in it. I have one at home for my panel upgrade... one day.. when NY is over 0 degrees :(

Did this same install at about the same distance not long ago.

Piped it all the way and pulled single conductors.

3 separate conductors is not the same thing as a cable containing the same conductors when trying to install in something like this. You need to treat the entire assembly like one large conductor.

right just mixing thoughts sorry. either way should leave extra room for the bend in the cable. our house right now someone crammed ser into 1.5 rigid. like wtf surprised it hasn't shorted over the years
my plan is 2" rigid outside going to pvc inside since /op only needs 3ga for a 100amp sub why not just pipe it and save the heartache IA my thought

I myself seldom have used SER cable. Usually will run pipe even in dwellings whether it be EMT or PVC, even used ENT if it was going to be covered a few times as it is easier to get through floor joists than something fairly rigid, and seems like 90 + percent of the time you end up needing a conduit body somewhere in the run, much easier to pull individual conductors through that than a big cable even if you don't care about the bending radius.
