I'm installing a 2000 amp stand up board and was trying to figure out what size ground I need to run? Also two ground rods?

Yes 2 rods with a #6 to the rods. For 2000 amps you need to figure the circular mils of the service conductors and then look at T250.66. I am assuming you mean grounding electrode conductor
