2008 code and detached garage

As of Sept 1st, the 2008 codes are effective in my area.

Not being 110% on all the new codes, what are the changes (if any) to wiring a detached garage with a sub panel

Not being 110% on all the new codes, what are the changes (if any) to wiring a detached garage with a sub panel

The only change that I can think that might effect this is the removal of 250.32(B)(2) which means you have no choice but to run an EGC.
