Does anyone if Colorado state inspectors have adopted the 2008 code?

CO adopted the 2008 NEC on 7/1/08.

The state of Colorado adopted the 08 NEC in April 08 to start being enforced starting August 1st 08.

I sit corrected. I didn't know about the April timeframe and I knew July was involved but it got twisted in my head as the beginning of the month rather than the end.

They have and they enforce it to the full extent.

Same in Washington, our state inspectors, or the department, adopts the NEC, per the state laws.
