2011-60? C Ampacity Changes For #14 and #12 Conductors

When do we get to use Canadian equipment bonding (grounding) table?
It allows 14AWG for 14AWG or 12AWG circuits, 12AWG for 10AWG circuits.
Requires a 8awg over 60A.
Much nicer to make up bonding conductors (formerly equipment grounding conductors)
(I just want to use NMD90 2wire W/G red & black conductor Romex for my 240V circuits. Better looking work if wires are not covered in tape.)
