I got my copy of the 2011 NEC yesterday at the IAEI NW Section meeting in Boise. The form is in the back for 2014 proposals. Many comments on the 2011 NEC were answered with "opportunity for improvement" and see the form in the back of your NEC.

Ryan Jackson post a nice summary of the changes, I'll see if I can find his post and a link.
I have the IAEI analysis and its OK, a lot of full page pictures. I am waiting for Mike Holts illustrated changes. Usually the IAEI covers changes that are not that important and misses some all together
The changes that generated the most comments were in MV cable, PVs and Small Wind articles was the requirement for installation by qualified persons only.
And there are still more GFCI applications being added.
There is a requirement to update to AFCI,GFCI, bubble covers when replacing outlets where that requirement is in effect now.
A new type of bubble cover "extra duty" will be required for most locations.
The most challenging will be all the Art 310 tables have been renumbered.
