When calculation general lighting loads using table 220.12. Does the note save you from having to administer the 125% correction to the total before calculating your required circuitry?

I’m going through Ray holders master exam study prep and he adds the continuous correction to all the totals prior to determining the number of circuits.

For example 10000 sq. ft. Restaurant according to the study prep,
(10000 sq. ft. x 1.5 va/ sq. Ft.)x1.25 / 2400va = 20 A circuit(s).

The note appears to indicate that the unit loads (va/sq.ft.) have already factored in the continuous multiplier. This would save you from having to add it again for the total calculations.

For example 10000 sq. ft. Restaurant according to my interpretation,
(10000 sq. ft. x 1.5 va/ sq. Ft.) / 2400va = 20 A circuit(s).

Thoughts?

Yes it changed to 1.5va/sqft it also added some notes. I think this study guide just copied over his 2017 study guide to the 2020 book. I wanted to get some other opinions though.
