Sparky59, it can not be anything else than a nominal 208 volts. We are not talking about a corner grounded delta but a 120/240 volt, three phase, 4 wire system where the center point of one phase is grounded. In this system, the voltage from the grounded conductor to the higher phase to ground is a nominal 208 volts.
