Exactly how does a transformer change that? You still have a single phase load on a 3 phase system and the loads will not be balanced across all three phases.

that one thing you have to understand if you used the translators they not always able correct the grammer i know few translators don't always catch the error on that one.

If you have 208V and you need/want 240V, how do you get it without a transfromer?

What does balancing have to do with this?

I misread the post that I quoted. I was really only asking about the last part of the statement ...the balancing part. I skipped over the voltage change.
