I see now, I didn't even notice that it said 120/208, for some reason I thought it said 120/240 and was assuming it was a delta high leg. :)

Yeah, I wasn't trying to bash anyone but when I open the door to a panel and see every B phase CB missing I assume that the system is 4 wire Delta. When it's actually 208Y/120 then I'm assuming that the guy who wired it didn't even know the system he was working on.

If the main switchboard rating is 120/240v, 3-ph, 4-wire, will it matter if a panel board was ordered at 120/208, 3-ph, 4-wire? Please help. Thanks. :-? :-?

I don't think anyone answered your question yet, It does not matter if the main switchgear is rated 120/240 and the panel board is rated 120/208 unless the voltage supplied is 120/240 if the switchgear is fed at 120/208 it could be rated 277/480v as long as the supplied voltage is less.
