I agree with AL, the recep. within 6' of the sink would need GFCI and AFCI, in this situation.

Yup. Remember, 210.12 is about outlets, which is defined in Article 100 Definitions. An outlet can be a duplex receptacle, single receptacle, luminaire, smoke detector, hardwired appliance (like a dishwasher or a baseboard heater), etc. If the outlet is 120 Volt 15 or 20 Amp in a designated area or room listed in 210.12, then the AFCI gets installed.
