I have an issue were I have two small refrigerators on the same circuit on an engineered print. My question is do both of the appliances combined have to be no more than 80% of ampacity. Or can it be 100 of ampacity as long as individually both appliances are both under the 80% ampacity.

A refrigerator is not a continuous load so the circuit can be loaded to 100% by more than one refrigerator.
