For some reason I thought the requirement for simultaneous disconnect of all ungrounded conductors on multiwire branch circuits only applied to dwellings. Did this change at some point in time or am I losing it?

Darn, I thought that rule applied everywhere back then.

Getting old, editions run together. I definitely remember that rules for MWBCs and disconnecting changed big time in 2008.
