Installing a ceiling mount receptacle in a multiple walk-in cooler/freezer for the evaporator as required by 210.63(A).
A couple of questions:
Would you consider a receptacle mounted at 18" AFF to be at same level, if walk-in is 10ft tall?
Would you consider the receptacle at the ceiling to be readily accessible?

I consider the ceiling being on the same level as the equipment.
Would you consider the receptacle at the ceiling to be readily accessible?
My thought is when the receptacle would be in use you are already on a ladder so it would be readily accessible when working on equipment.
Being considered readily accessible would allow each receptacle to be GFCI, and thus decreasing the likelihood of nuisance tripping if breaker protection was employed, also would mitigate the conductor length issue of breaker GFCI breakers.
