The Title of thread says 210.8 (B) which I took that he is working in other than dwelling units.

If 210.8(B) is what is being cited, there is no receptacle involved. 210.8(B) only applied to receptacle outlets that are mentioned in that section.
If there was confusion as to whether 210.8(F) is what applies, it only would apply if this is at a dwelling. The fact this is a three phase unit raises the question as to whether it is a dwelling, though it can be possible.

I know what the title says, but since there was no TIA for 210.8(B), and there was for 210.8(F), I am assuming that the title was wrong.
Of course if this is not at a dwelling, then 8(F) does not apply.
WV is in NEC 2020. We are talking about a commercial building.

Then there is no issue. No GFCI required. Nothing in any part 210.8 can be stretched to require a GFCI.
