What is happening with the requirement of 230.85 when replacing a panel or service upgrade? Is this being enforced? I work in an urban area where meeting this requirement would be very cumbersome: townhouses, row houses, gas meters, AC units sharing the same space as the existing electric meter. Where to put the thing??
