I have little experience with the 3 phase, 240/120 delta system but am in the process of working on a warehouse with this existing. The two non high phases (A and C) are approx 120v to ground and the high leg is approx 240v to ground with approx 240v phase to phase. Am I missing something or shouldnt the high leg read approx 208 to ground because it is a 3ph system. I dont like asking dumb questions but for some reason I cant wrap my head around this one. Thanks for the help.

Welcome to the forum! :) It's not a dumb question at all.

The voltage should be about 208v, unless the 120v lines are reading a bit high, too.

To make it easier to wrap, the A-N-C portion is exactly the same as a 120/240v 1ph supply.

The 240v 3ph portion is exactly the same as any 240v Delta, ignoring the grounded neutral.
