Let me clarify a few things:

1. How close to the site can the primary be brought?

2. How far is it from that point to the site?

3. What is the layout of separate buildings?

Maybe a drawing?

1)The closest primary vault is about 275 feet from the greenhouse.
2) The transformer / meter / service point would likely need to be near that vault.
3) These loads are for a single greenhouse.
I can put simple a sketch together, I don't have actual plans yet and I could not not post them anyways.

In this case it is probably close enough for 120/240V.

If there's already a transformer you're getting power from, your available voltage is determined. If there isn't, I would see if you can get a primary and transformer set much closer, and compare cost, if any, to your options.

Your opening post seemed to suggest that you were supplying a multitude of buildings, or at least very spread out big one. Price it both ways to compare total costs, but I still think straight 120/240v is the way to go.
