240 floor receptacle

Does anyone know of a floor box I can put a single 240 volt receptacle in. All the floor boxes I've seen for single receptacles come with a special receptacle with the ears offset.

The devil is definitely in the details here.
What type floor box ? Concrete floor ? residential wood floor ?
What ampere receptacle ?

This box will accept a standard duplex, I believe and in some amperages a 220 duplex is available.

Hubbell has them, used 2 of them in my shop & storage room w/ 20A 250V Twistlocks?.

Aren't those that use those offset eared receptacles also smaller than those that would accept a "standard" device?
