2400 square foot house - estimate for wiring new construction

My price for a 1400 sq ft, with full basement partially finished, was on the plus side of 20k two years ago. Not fancy by any standard.

Keep in mind I did maybe one house per year if I goofed up somewhere.

I usually end up in the 10-12$ sq ft range. I don’t wire many houses lol.
