Just confirming that a terminal box in-between the service meter cabinet and the first disconnect is an acceptable location to make the GEC to neutral connection as per Section 250.24 A(1). See below for quick snip, I have a TB where its pointing to:

The meter to the Terminal box is about 300ft. From the terminal box to the disconnect it is about 15 ft.
Part 2 Question:
If the above is allowed, can the MBJ connection be in the terminal box or does it have to be inside the disconnect?
