Found this at one of our sites that took a bad lightning strike this past weekend. 1ph 120/240v 600amp 4 meter stack with individual 200amp breakers per meter, ground, neutral bonded(as should be). Feeder ran to outside 200amp fusible disco. They pulled 4 wire to the disco where they bonded the grounded conductor and EGC together. It left there and went inside to a 200 amp breaker/disco where they installed grounding lugs to the can but they also installed the bonding screw on the grounded conductor lugs. Why is it so hard to understand?
My solution to comply is seperate the N-G bonds and run a GEC to the outside disco and cad weld onto the underground grounding ring.
