250.34(C), Is my Codebook wrong?!

I've been working my way through the MH code changes book and I got to his update to 250.34(C) which talks about generators and neutral bonding to the trailer frame for trailer mounted generators.

It lists 3 conditions under which the generator frame must be bonded to the trailer.

My Codebook doesn't have any of this new stuff!
I don't understand what's going on here...
Is my Codebook not up to date?!

You sure it’s not a misprint and MH is referring to 250.34(B)? MH does make mistakes, he skis on water, he does not walk on it
