I have a remote meter pedestal that feeds the service panel in a house . The panel is located in a interior room in the basement and the feeders come up through the
basement slab. Where do I mount my inter system bonding termination device?
From what I read i could mount it at the remote pedestal and it would be legal?
This does not seem like a very good place to mount it. It says nothing about having it outside so could I mount it next to the panel in the basement? If I do that and I run a cat 5 outside for the phone company
What size ground wire should I pull out there?
How do you handle a situation like this. THANKS

250.94 requires IBT at the service and any additional buildings
Find something simple for the service
At your feeder run a 6 AWG copper per 250.94(A) (4) to the exterior, mount a ground bar and terminate the 6 AWG there. Arlington has a good selection of IBTs.

I'd put it at or near the service panel in the house. TV, TELCO, DISH... those guys won't use it anyway. They will instead put their own bonding device on the panel, land a wire under panel cover screw, etc. even though I put something right there for them to use.:(
