250.97 Bonding for Over 250 Volts - missing info?

Maybe I'm missing something obvious but where do the provisions of this article tell me how to size my bonding jumper if, for instance, I were using a copper conductor with listed conduit clamps to bond around a loose joint?
Is it 250.66 or 250.122 and how do I tell which by just following the information in this article?
