250 kcmil in a 200 amp breaker?

I need to upsize a wire for voltage drop. I need to use 250 kcmil AL and it is going into a 200 amp GE breaker. Is there some kind of adapter or lug that will accomplish this? 4/0 is the largest size wire listed.

Check at ilsco.com for compression adapters that may solve your problem.
The drawback might be that the adapters will not fit if the lugs in the breaker are too close.
This is a 250-3/0 adapter.

I would expect that there is an optional lug from GE that can be field installed on your breaker to accommodate the larger wire size.
