I worked on a house in Vermont that had 21000 square feet. It had a 1200 amp service.
I can name that tune in 2 notes.blueheels2 said:I worked on a house in Vermont that had 21000 square feet. It had a 1200 amp service.
I bet it had tall ceilings.cowboyjwc said:We did a house for Karem Abdul Jabar and he had a 1600 amp stand up section. I don't remember the size of the house though.

If the load is high enough, the serving electric utility will not give you a 1? service, you will be required to take 3?. Also, if 3? is not in the area, you may have to pay for the cost of installing the primary line. We will only permit 170 kW demand on 1? before requiring 3?. If the cost versus revenue is not covered inside a projected 30 month window, the customer is billed the difference before construction of the lines will begin.jmsbrush said:He will have to get a engineered drawing!
