I am installing a 220y 110v 3 phase 225amp panel coming from a switch gear that already has the nuetral and ground Bonded. DO I need to remove the bonding jumper between the two in my 225 amp panel?

So what was the resolve .. did the LED's work on a range of 277-480 or was it either 277/ 480 period.
