28 Cubic Inch Metal Fan Box?

We are building a manufacturing cell which is to have a small overhead fan and 2 doors served by 3 way switching for the overhead fan.
Customer requirements are work is done to NEC.

Conductors entering the overhead fan box = 14 including the grounds.
6 Conductors THHN120V in and out. (powering other lights)
4 Conductors THHN serving the 1st switch.
4 Conductors THHN serving the 2nd switch
14 Conductors x 2.0 cubic inches = 28 cubic inch box needed.

I can not find a metal fan box (one pc) that is bigger then 25 cubic inches.

How many EGC's are there? UP to 4 only count as one conductor.

I don't believe every EGC is counted as a full conductor.

Conduit? If so, eliminate the EGCs altogether.

Thanks guys, 4 of them are grounds. So that reduces the box fill to 22 cubic inch and we have that box on hand.

That's assuming your wire size is #14 ?
