For a single 120V branch circuit you have 2 CCC. To add an additional branch circuit would take you to 4 CCC since both neutrals would have to be counted.Understand the derating but was question the spec reading only 3 CCC in a conduit. That extremely limiting.
For a single 240V balanced circuit with no neutral required you have 2 CCC, and once again you cannot add another circuit.
If you have a single phase MWBC you can supply two 120V circuits with the neutral not counted as a CCC. But no headroom for another circuit.
For a three phase single circuit with no neutral you have 3 CCC. If you also pull an unsused neutral you still have 3 CCC.
If you have a three phase MWBC you could have 3 separate 120V circuits with the neutral not counting as a CCC.
I think that pretty well covers all the options.
