Looking for some guidance on sizing a 3 family service. If anyone has an excel sheet they have for calculations I would really appreciate it
2600 Sq. Ft.
3 Ranges
2 Dryers
2 Washers
3 Dishwasher
3 Microwave
4 Mini split units (3) @ 32.5a (1) @14a

for the service calc I'd just go by 220.84, sum it up and apply 45%, if you don't have name plates you use a upper average;
What do you come up with?

I was in mobil home subdivision for lak of better words. It was well organized and was busy and didnt explore down the power supply but seems each might have had 100 and were standard 50A plug and cord. This was right at the rise of the modern appliances, micro waves, hair dryers and kitchen circuit were pitiful.
I am not sure how big this was but somehow remember gut shot calc of .23 for the time it was built and when I pulled a unit out in 03-05 maybe it looked like someone had gang sold add on AC units and all connected with 10 SO and a 30A breaker at a post, maybe a 6 space mlo????
Anyway remember thinking at the time that it could be a factor to have a bunch of 14A load dumped on especially at peak. I moticed they had electric dryers and some might ha. Seems this one had 100 panel in it.
