3 Medium Voltage Enclosures

I am having trouble finding a reference in the NEC regarding spacing of medium voltage enclosures. i feel like it is 4 ft unless there are interchangeable part and then it becomes 10ft. I do not know this to be certain. Does anyone know of an NEC or NECA specification on this? thanks a million in advance.

FYI, i am wanting to sit 3 medium voltage 12.47kV banks on a common pad.

Would 110.34(a) not be the appropriate Table ?
