If I have a 3p 4w panel I'm feeding with SER cable I need 3 phase conductors plus the neutral and ground correct?
Good question it's coming from a temp service to a distribution panelfed with a service or a feeder?
you need to use MC. SE doesn't come in 3 phase. If I have a 3p 4w panel I'm feeding with SER cable I need 3 phase conductors plus the neutral and ground correct?
The bolded doesn't make sense. It would be better to say it doesn't come in 5 conductors. Saying it doesn't come in 3ph is not correct as the load might not need a neutral, and SER does come in 4 conductors.you need to use MC. SE doesn't come in 3 phase.
Yes.SER cable I need 3 phase conductors plus the neutral and ground correct?
Okay so... is it going to be installed before or after the service disconnect?Good question it's coming from a temp service to a distribution panel
